Author Profile block: Updated the behavior when selecting a WP user that is linked to a guest author. Now, doing so will display info for the linked guest author, mirroring the behavior of the Co-Authors Plus plugin.

Fixed a bug with site header styles in the Nelson theme on posts using the “Beside” featured image placement.
Improved the sizing of the site logo when used with the sticky header.
On sites with no site logo, the site header will now be displayed with simplified heading styles (including the site title in plain text).
