Building on its successes in previous years, the Facebook Accelerator program is accepting applications for another round, with a March 19 deadline. The program is open to U.S. and Canadian newsrooms, either for-profit or nonprofit.
The coinciding programs will let publishers focus either on subscriptions or memberships. Participation provides publishers with $50,000, three months of intensive training, and six months to put your plan into action. The training is not focused on Facebook tools or services, says Facebook.
